The Business Travel Show, 24-25 February 2016, London Olympia -

Europe’s largest specialised exhibition and conference for buyers and managers of business travel -

The Business Travel Show, held annually in London for more than 20 years, is Europe’s largest specialised exhibition and conference bringing together over 7,000 European travel professionals. It’s the one event in Europe where corporate travel buyers can compare and evaluate over 250 global travel brands covering everything from air, accommodation, travel management and expenses to traveller services, technology and Duty of Care.

It’s therefore no surprise that we felt it was an event we had to be a part of and are really looking forward to speaking with visitors about a whole host of travel risk topics over the two days.

Fundamental conference session

Our CEO, Matthew Harding, is also going to be hosting one of the show’s fundamental conference sessions – “Meeting your Duty of Care responsibilities across the Travel Risk Spectrum”. This insightful session will look at everything from the changing risk landscape to traveller conduct and how best to plan for the unexpected.

If you’d like find out more about Duty of Care and travel risk management, you can download a copy of our recent whitepaper on the subject.

A brand new traveller training portal

We’re also looking forward to officially launching Travel Prepare, our brand new e-learning platform for business travellers.

The new Travel Prepare e-learning course provides employees with the knowledge they need to travel globally, avoid risks and return home safely. It’s been designed to provide key safety strategies and tips to enhance personal safety and assist with the protection of company information and assets. Scenarios are brought to life via impactful videos and interactive sessions that provide insight into specific skills and practices, based on real-world travel experience.

Travel Prepare can be accessed via a secure online portal or can be integrated into organisations’ own LMS (Learning Management Systems).

If you’d like to access a trial version of Travel Prepare, you can do so here >

If you’re coming along to the Business Travel Show, you can meet the Drum Cussac team on B664.
